After my own struggles with all the above, I found solace and peace when I got out in nature.

You don’t need to go to Bali, quit your job or leave your family. Jump in the car and meet us at some of my favorite spots across Rhode Island.

Walking in nature calms the nervous system almost instantly. The bird song, the sound of waves crashing, the sight of bunnies nibbling clover and the scent of wildflowers…..it all connects and calms.

It allows you to release and let go, bringing you back to yourself without dismissing that overwhelmed, exhausted, trying to make it through the day part of yourself behind. You're embracing her and giving her what she needs, what she craves….

I created Women Who Walk to show you a path that connects you to your joy through the healing power of nature and community.

What if exercise doesn’t have to feel like a chore that leaves you exhausted wondering if it’s even worth it.

October 20th- Johnston RI, 9:30am-11:00am. Think nostalgic old    farm complete with bucolic barn and silos. Breath in the scent o crisp apples, cider donuts and all the colors of fall! This forest/farm walk is dear to my heart and I can't wait to share it with you.

November 17th- Hopkinton RI,9:30am-11:00am. Say goodbye to Fall and embrace the season of gratitude with a special guided walk through a 5 acre private property of pines, hardwoods and a beautiful little pond where you can try some forest bathing before tucking in around the fire to enjoy adult smore's and other treats. 

Space is limited to 8-10 women
