Looking for that joyful version of you that's buried beneath all the laundry, shoulds and daily responsibilities?

After my own struggles with all the above, I found solace and peace when I got out in nature.

You don’t need to go to Bali, quit your job or leave your family. Jump in the car and meet us at some of my favorite spots across Rhode Island.

Walking in nature calms the nervous system almost instantly. The bird song, the sound of waves crashing, the sight of bunnies nibbling clover and the scent of wildflowers…..it all connects and calms.

It allows you to release and let go, bringing you back to yourself without dismissing that overwhelmed, exhausted, trying to make it through the day part of yourself behind. You're embracing her and giving her what she needs, what she craves….

I created Women Who Walk to show you a path that connects you to your joy through the healing power of nature and community.

What if exercise doesn’t have to feel like a chore that leaves you exhausted wondering if it’s even worth it.

What if taking care of yourself and your wellbeing left you rested, your nervous system regulated and better able to handle the stress of the day?

It’s so much more than a morning walk in nature… It’s a healing, communal experience, a daily practice that brings you back to you.

time to walk Your talk, do the things you want & know you need but keep putting off because you're so busy taking care of everyone else.

What if instead of dragging yourself out of bed at 5am to go to the gym feeling tired, uninspired… you woke up excited, craving your morning walk in nature.

Keriann is such an intuitive and gifted teacher and she can make someone like myself come out of their shell. I loved both the classes that she taught. They were filled with so much joy and energy and just passion. I loved every song on her playlist and felt that they really encouraged me to get into my body. No one is more supportive than Keriann. She gently guides her students while also giving them total space to explore what feels good to them.

Thank you Keriann for taking me on a movement journey of self expression, unveiling of inner truths and letting my inner child be free to dance in the wind. I love your passion for embodied movement…your flame is inspiration to my soul.

Gabriele Papa- Massachusetts

I absolutely loved your content It was specific and personal and real. Talking about what you are saying no and yes to felt encouraging, like it gives me permission. Posing those questions makes me feel valuable and more engaged in the relationship you are trying to create as well as it forces me to really reflect.

Jess Jailbert - Rhode Island

Thank you Keriann... the movement prompts you gave at each song were so grounding and I absolutely loved the music! This experience was fun for me, and I also came away with a new idea/ solution to a problem I'd been stressed about... a big 'whew'
